Welcome to Golden Med Notes and Golden Med AI (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.





1. Eligibility



  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase or use our services.
  • By using our services, you confirm that all details provided (name, email, phone number, etc.) are accurate and current.






2. Products & Services



  • Golden Med Notes provides digital educational content, including watermarked PDFs of subject-wise notes and revision guides.
  • Golden Med AI provides an AI-powered medical study assistant, which can:
    • Answer MBBS/MD/NEET PG/FMGE/INICET-related queries.
    • Generate summaries, MCQs, clinical explanations, viva-style responses, and revision plans.
    • Simulate examiner-style questioning and provide guideline-based answers.

  • Both services are strictly for personal educational use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling content or access is prohibited.






3. Delivery of Services



  • Golden Med Notes PDFs are custom watermarked with your details (email, phone number, IP address, name) and delivered to your registered email.
  • Golden Med AI is available only to verified premium subscribers. Access is device/IP restricted to prevent misuse.
  • If access or delivery fails, please contact support within 24 hours at goldenmednotes@gmail.com.






4. Refund & Cancellation Policy



  • Due to the digital and subscription-based nature of our services, all sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once access or files are delivered.
  • If technical errors occur (e.g., corrupted PDF, AI access failure), we will re-send or re-activate your access after verification.






5. Pricing & Payments



  • All prices are listed in INR (₹). Subscription and MedCoin payments may also apply.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing, offers, and subscription terms at any time.
  • Payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Shopify).






6. User Responsibilities



  • You must not misuse our services for cheating, academic dishonesty, or unlawful activity.
  • Access to Golden Med AI is limited to the email and device/IP registered at the time of subscription. Attempting to share access will result in account suspension.
  • Any detected piracy, unauthorized sharing, or AI abuse will lead to termination of services without refund.






7. Intellectual Property Rights



  • All content (notes, PDFs, AI responses, website content, branding, design) belongs to Golden Med Notes & Golden Med AI.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or commercialize any of our content without written permission.
  • Legal action will be taken against violations.






8. Limitation of Liability



  • Our products are supplementary educational tools. They do not guarantee exam results, ranks, or success.
  • AI responses are generated using trained datasets and guidelines but may not always reflect the latest updates. Students are advised to cross-check with official references and faculty.
  • We are not responsible for interruptions, downtime, or misuse of services by users.






9. Privacy & Data Usage



  • We collect personal details (email, phone number, name, IP, device ID) for:
    • Delivering PDFs with watermarking.
    • Verifying Golden Med AI access.
    • Fraud and piracy prevention.

  • We never sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed data handling practices.






10. Service Modifications & Termination



  • We may modify, suspend, or terminate services (Golden Med Notes or Golden Med AI) at any time due to technical, legal, or business reasons.
  • Subscriptions may include message caps (e.g., 10 messages/day) and access restrictions. Free-tier users may have limited usage.
  • Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of updated terms.






11. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
